Ethics and Safety
As proof of its ethical governance and workplace safety, the company has obtained ISO 9001 certification for quality, ISO 45001 certification for health and safety in the workplace, SA8000 certification for social responsibility, ISO 37001 against corruption and PDR125, which certifies the company’s concrete commitment to gender equality and inclusiveness in the workplace.
Sustainability and Environment
The company has obtained ISO 14001 certification for environmental management. This is accompanied by important recognitions in the field of environmental and social sustainability, such as F-GAS certification and Ecovadis accreditation for corporate responsibility assessment.
Railway Sector
In the railway sector, Andromeda Rail is authorised by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI) with LIS-C certification, an essential requirement for operating on strategic national infrastructure.
Public Works
It also holds the SOA certification for numerous categories of public works (OG1, OG9, OG10, OS3, OS16, OS19, OS28, OS30), with an unlimited ranking for categories OS9 and OG11, certifying its full technical, organizational, and financial capacity to manage complex and large-scale contracts.
Corporate Integrity
To protect the integrity of the company, Andromeda Rail has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, aimed at preventing offences and promoting correct behaviour at all levels. This model is supported by an independent Supervisory Body, which ensures compliance and effective implementation, further strengthening the transparency and legality of the company’s activities.
